changelog

Release notes without the archaeology.

Summarize recent releases, link PRs to tracker tickets, and see work in progress. Choose a technical update or one written for stakeholders.

Report generation is read-only. First-run setup saves the release and tracker configuration.

02 · Claude Code + Codex

quick-ask-me

A clearer brief before you build.

Define the objective and what success looks like, then answer at most six questions that affect the implementation. Finish with a brief, shared terms, and decisions worth keeping.

03 · Claude Code only

do-shit

Move an issue through delivery.

Plan work from GitHub, ClickUp, or Linear, coordinate specialist agents in isolated worktrees, and take PRs through verification and merge gates.

Start with a dry run
/real-skills:do-shit <issue-url> --dry-run

Replace <issue-url> with your ticket. Review the plan first; a full run can change code and merge PRs. Requires Claude Code agents and hooks.

Install once. Use in your repo.

Your first useful result

Try a stakeholder-ready release update.

Open a repository with release tags or promotion PRs and ask for the last two releases. On first use, the skill helps configure your release model and tracker. Check the output against your actual PRs before sharing.
