Replay a synthetic allocator incident, inspect active and free block lifetimes, reconcile device memory outside the allocator, and export a redacted diagnostic receipt.

Truth boundary: this deterministic trace is not a GPU benchmark and never inspects a real process. Snapshot APIs are version-sensitive and direct CUDA or NCCL memory can be absent.
